Emily is a senior at Stanford University studying English and Spanish, with a creative writing emphasis. She has been a staff writer, desk editor, and managing editor at The Stanford Daily over the past 2.5 years. In addition, she has worked as a national writer, national section editor, and entertainment intern for HerCampus.com. Emily currently works as a mentor for high school students and as an SAT reading and writing tutor. Over the last several months, she has edited over 140 college application essays and resumes for international students. She’s originally from Philadelphia and has an Australian Terrier named Ozzie.
